1. About Prerniva Foundation

Prerniva Foundation is a non-profit organisation registered in India, working for the upliftment of underprivileged children, women and communities through education, health, livelihood and community development programmes. References to "we", "us", "our" or "the Foundation" mean Prerniva Foundation; "you" or "user" means any visitor to this website.

6. Donations

Donations made through this website are voluntary contributions towards the charitable objectives of the Foundation. By donating, you confirm that the funds are from a lawful source and that you are legally competent to contribute.

  • The Foundation allocates donations towards its programmes, beneficiary support and reasonable administrative costs necessary to deliver those programmes.
  • Unless a donation is designated for a specific programme, funds may be applied where the need is greatest.
  • All donations are strictly non-refundable, except in the limited technical-error circumstances described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • Foreign contributions are accepted only in accordance with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, where applicable.

7. Volunteer, Contact and Newsletter Forms

Submitting a volunteer, enquiry or newsletter form does not create any employment, contractual or partnership relationship. Volunteer engagement is subject to separate screening, orientation and a child-protection undertaking. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.

8. Third-Party Links and Payment Gateways

This website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms and payment gateways. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of such third parties. Payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment gateway partners under their own terms and conditions.
